NPGN-150PYTL, NPGN-150PYR, and NPGN-150PYB are halogen-free, flame-retardant copper-clad laminates produced by Nan Ya Plastics Corporation. These materials are designed for applications requiring high thermal stability, mechanical strength, and excellent electrical properties, making them suitable for advanced electronic applications.

NPGN-150PYTL__NPGN-150PYR__NPGN-150PYB Key Features:

  • Halogen-Free Composition: These laminates are free from halogens, reducing environmental impact and complying with green standards.
  • Flame Retardancy: Achieve UL 94 V-0 rating through the use of phosphorus, nitrogen, and/or inorganic compounds as flame retardants.
  • High Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): Approximately 150°C, suitable for high-temperature applications.
  • Excellent Electrical Properties: Low permittivity and loss tangent values ensure signal integrity in high-frequency applications.
  • Dimensional Stability: Low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and minimal dimensional changes during processing.

Typical Properties:

  • Permittivity (Dielectric Constant) at 1 GHz: 4.0 to 4.3
  • Loss Tangent at 1 GHz: 0.014
  • Dimensional Stability (X/Y-axis): 0.01% to 0.03%
  • Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
    • X/Y-Axis: 9 to 13 ppm/°C
    • Z-Axis before Tg: 30 to 50 ppm/°C
    • Z-Axis after Tg: 200 to 230 ppm/°C
  • Flammability Rating: UL 94 V-0
